Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TSK Bot (the verification and group management bot for The Sorcerer Kingdom Discord server), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot and do not complete the OAuth flow.

2. Purpose

TSK Bot exists to link Discord accounts to Roblox accounts so that The Sorcerer Kingdom staff can manage group ranks, track faction XP, issue warnings, and operate in-game administrative actions from Discord.

3. Permitted use

• Use the bot only if you are a member of The Sorcerer Kingdom Discord server in good standing.
• Provide accurate information when verifying - do not link a Roblox account that does not belong to you.
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Roblox's Terms of Use.

4. Prohibited use

• Attempting to bypass, probe, or exploit the bot's security controls (rate limits, rank gates, kill switch, etc.)
• Using the bot to link someone else's Roblox account
• Scraping, mirroring, or reverse-engineering the bot's endpoints or data

5. Termination

TSK staff may revoke your bot access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or the rules of The Sorcerer Kingdom Discord server. You may terminate your own use by running /unverify.

6. No warranty

TSK Bot is provided "as-is", with no warranty of uptime, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. TSK staff are not liable for any loss or damage arising from bot use, including but not limited to incorrect rank assignments, XP calculations, or data loss.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be announced in the TSK Discord server.
